  1. Check airplane mode is off before expecting wireless connections. Preserve organizational network requirements.

  2. Open Windows Bluetooth settings. Turn Bluetooth on if the setting is available.

  3. Put the accessory into its documented discoverable mode. Select the exact accessory in the Bluetooth list and follow the on-screen pairing instructions.

  4. Compare whether it is discoverable and whether pairing completes. If Bluetooth controls are missing, check Vantage and Lenovo support rather than downloading random drivers.

Check the result

  • Save whether the accessory was discovered and paired. Pairing success is separate from app-specific audio or input behavior.
  • If controls are absent or pairing fails repeatedly, contact Lenovo/IT and the accessory vendor with the discovery observation.

Stop conditions

  • Stop using and charging a swollen or damaged battery. Do not open, compress, puncture, or attempt battery removal. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified service provider.
  • Disconnect a damaged accessory if it is safe to do so. Do not open a mains power adapter.
  • Save accessible data before restarting. Do not reset, erase, flash firmware, bypass a lock, or open the enclosure in this task.
