Preparation guide
Open Settings → Network & internet → Internet. Check Wi-Fi and Airplane mode, then toggle Wi-Fi off/on if appropriate. Keep network identities private.

After joining, open one ordinary webpage. Record a joined Wi-Fi network separately from working internet access.

Try the same page from another permitted device on the same network. Shared failure is evidence for the network owner or ISP.

If available, test the Pixel on another trusted working network. A failure limited to one network needs that network’s support first.

Check the result
- A shared or network-specific failure should be discussed with the network owner or ISP. Save which comparison supports that route.
- Give Google or IT the cross-device and cross-network results if failures follow the Pixel.
Stop conditions
- Stop using and charging equipment with swelling, casing separation, smoke, a burning smell or suspected battery damage. Do not open or press on it.
- Set damaged accessories aside. Do not open mains adapters or force connectors.
- Do not erase, reset, flash firmware or bypass a lock as a default diagnostic step.
